Programs and Coursework
National Career Institute offers the following programs:
• Clinical Medical Assistant with Internship (720 hours)
• Clinical Medical Assistant (240 hours)
• Billing and Coding Specialist (240 hours)
Additionally, NCI also offers individualized courses in Phlebotomy and Electrocardiogram.
On-site Lab included in all our courses. Students complete each course having extensive hands-on experience performing the various medical procedures. Textbooks and supplies have been selected to maximize the students learning experience at NCI. For a list of our current text books, click here.
All students are eligible and encouraged to take the National Certification Exams at the completion of their selected program.
Admissions Requirements:
National Career Institute accepts student applicants who are high school graduates or the equivalent and are seventeen (17) years of age or older. An admission interview is required of all students. The following documents should be submitted upon enrollment:
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate (copies are acceptable for registration)
• Photo Identification (driver’s license, birth certificate or passport)
• Referrals/agreements with outside agencies should be brought to the admissions interview.
